Fourth Avenue Street Fair 2024 Dates. The tucson street fair is free to the public and takes place between ninth street and university boulevard along fourth avenue. The fair offers something for everyone including live entertainment, buskers, 40+ food vendors, beer, and our local 4th avenue merchants.
